Job Summary
Senior Finance Specialist within JLL's WPM Regional Reporting team, partnering with the Finance Director to drive financial performance, process excellence, and strategic support across APAC. Responsibilities include supporting month-end variance analysis and actionable insights, coordinating budgeting and forecasting across APAC, developing and enhancing standard templates, reporting packs, and presentation decks for senior management, monitoring financial performance to identify drivers of margin variance and cost optimization opportunities, developing standardized financial models for budgeting and scenario planning, supporting automation and finance transformation initiatives, and collaborating with FP&A and Enablement teams on new systems adoption and leading indicators across APAC. Location on-site in Dalian, China.
