Senior Finance Specialist – Contract to billing

Job Summary
Senior Finance Specialist will handle supplier-side transactional accounting for JLL Marketplace, including calculating monthly fee revenue (accruals based on contract terms), validating supplier fee reports and generating invoices, performing quarterly fee-revenue reporting, calculating GMV and communicating results, maintaining supplier rebate files, ensuring timely supplier payments, tracking external payments and client invoices, month-over-month stakeholder commentary, and supporting audits and budgets. Strong Excel skills and experience with reconciliations, AR aging, and ad hoc finance requests are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) or Finance required
- 6+ years of accounting experience, real estate experience preferred
- Advanced accounting and analytical skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Psoft 9.2 knowledge a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team, manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
