Job Summary
Lead reporting and analysis of detailed product margin activity with regional product marketing teams, acting as a strategic business partner to drive accountability and support decision-making. Coordinate regular review cadences with action plans, manage inventory levels, and monitor NRV and obsolescence reserves monthly. Serve as the primary liaison with product development to ensure reasonable business case inputs and forecast alignment for new launches. Support Sales and Operations Planning with PO analytics, conduct special studies on cost impacts, and perform economic research for strategic business plans. Based in New Holland, PA or Racine, WI with a hybrid schedule of three days in-office and two days remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other business related field
- 8 or more years of relevant experience
