Job Summary
Supervise general accounting, treasury, and monthly close processes while preparing civil financial statements and periodic economic-financial reporting. Manage routine tax compliance, analyze KPIs and margins to support management control, and monitor cash flow for financial planning. Provide strategic cross-functional support to leadership on budget and forecast definitions. Deliver specialized consulting on international indirect tax (VAT) regarding intra-union goods, services, exports, imports, and special regimes, analyzing specific VAT cases for logistics and customs operations to ensure correct tax treatments. Maintain continuous updates on VAT and international trade regulatory evolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Finance with experience in the customs and trade sector
- Solid accounting and management control competencies
- Strong preparation in international indirect taxation (VAT)
- Bachelor's degree in economic disciplines or related fields
- Consolidated experience in Finance/AFC roles
- Solid knowledge of Italian and European VAT regulations
- Experience in international taxation and customs operations
- Excellent analytical and advisory capabilities
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Experience in tax/customs consulting firms or international contexts
- In-depth knowledge of international trade and logistics flows
