Job Summary
Manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives with a finance lens, investigating implications across accounting, tax, operations, treasury, and financial systems. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including IT, Product, Legal, and Business teams to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and make trade-off decisions. Lead process integration and automation efforts to streamline financial processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Ensure timely milestone achievement by coordinating workstreams, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation plans. Represent finance on cross-functional forums to influence roadmaps and assist with UAT testing to ensure smooth project launches.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Finance project management experience
- Ideally with exposure in Tax Project Related
- Undergraduate Degree (ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting but others + professional accounting qualifications also acceptable)
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally with some tech industry / e-commerce background
- some finance operations and business analysis experience
- Experience with Indirect Tax Project Management
- Experience with finance tools and processes with some accounting and reporting knowhow
- Experience working closely with Product and IT
- Experience working in finance cross-functions (accounting, operations, treasury, FP&A, financial systems, etc.)
