Job Summary
Senior Finance Process Analyst drives process improvement and documentation within Shared Services, owning SOP development across P2P and O2C cycles and supporting D365 remediation by translating operational requirements into system configuration. Responsibilities include current-state process mapping for P2P and O2C, designing future-state processes, developing business cases for automation, facilitating offshore/onshore collaboration, maintaining and updating the shared Services SOP library for AP/AR, validating SOP adherence, creating training materials, and participating in D365 remediation testing. The role requires strong ability to write precise SOPs, map processes to ERP transactions, and work with offshore/onshore teams to ensure process alignment and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years finance operations or process improvement experience
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, precise SOPs and process documentation independently
- Proficiency in the process mapping tool (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent); ERP workflow documentation experience
- Working knowledge of D365 Finance; ability to map process steps to system transactions
