Senior Finance Operations Assistant

Job Summary
Process vendor and customer invoices and payments in SAP, validating requests and managing collections to resolve payment issues. Respond promptly to inquiries regarding accounts statuses, perform monthly reconciliations, and identify workflow inefficiencies for improvement initiatives. Build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting compliance with company policies and global standardized processes. Collaborate with Procurement to improve purchase order compliance and assist in BSO performance management reviews. This 13-month fixed term contract requires high school graduation, 1-2 years of experience, and SAP exposure, with a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 1-2 years of professional working experience
- preferably in a related financial role or a position where capabilities are transferable
- Light exposure to finance processes
- MS Office
- experienced SAP or other large-scale ERP's as a plus
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
