Job Summary
Lead core financial planning processes including annual planning, forecasting, business reviews, and executive reporting for the Global High Tech Sector. Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership by driving performance management through result tracking, risk identification, and actionable analysis. Partner with business and functional leaders on headcount, operating expense, and resource planning while evaluating strategic investments and overseeing credit management. Prepare earnings releases and support investor relations through analysis and performance narratives. This high-visibility role reports directly to the VP of Finance within Ecolab's fastest-growing business unit, supporting rapid expansion following recent acquisitions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- 10 years of experience
- 7 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, commercial finance, supply chain finance, controlling, and business partnering
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, business drivers, and economic analysis
- Skilled at translating enterprise goals and financial insights into actions that drive growth and profitability
- Executive presence to influence leaders and clearly communicate complex financial topics
- Proven track record building trusted partnerships across business, functional, and finance teams
- Self-starter who can manage shifting priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the AI value chain including Data Centers, Microelectronics, or related
- CPA or MBA in finance
- Knowledge of enterprise level finance systems
