Senior Finance Manager, Service and Repair APAC

Job Summary
Partner with Eurasia Service Commercial leadership to serve as the strategic finance partner, providing insights that support revenue growth, margin expansion, and long-range strategic priorities. Translate business strategies into measurable financial objectives and evaluate opportunities through financial modeling and scenario analysis. Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews while establishing clear targets across revenue, margin, headcount, and key service metrics. Improve forecast accuracy by identifying drivers, risks, and corrective actions, and drive accountability for financial commitments with strong internal controls and compliance. Influence senior leaders to constructively challenge assumptions and build trusted relationships across a complex global matrix organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline
- Eight or more years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or operational finance
- Demonstrated experience leading planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance-management processes
- Experience supporting a complex, global, or highly matrixed organization
- Previous people-leadership, team-leadership, or talent-development experience
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial information into clear business recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones
- Onsite three days per week
- Travel is required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- CPA, CMA, or comparable professional finance certification
- Experience supporting service delivery, repair operations, field service, aftermarket services, commercial organizations, or recurring service revenue models
- Experience working across APAC and Eurasia markets
