Senior Finance Manager, Service and Repair APAC

Job Summary
Partner as the primary finance leader to the Eurasia Service Commercial organization, providing strategic insights to accelerate revenue growth, expand margins, and optimize investments. Lead annual operating planning, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews while establishing clear targets across revenue, margin, and productivity metrics. Translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations by evaluating commercial initiatives, conducting scenario analysis, and constructively challenging operational assumptions. Drive accountability for financial commitments, ensure data integrity, and build trusted relationships with regional finance teams, operating units, and global partners to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related discipline
- Eight or more years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, or operational finance
- Demonstrated experience leading planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance-management processes
- Experience supporting a complex, global, or highly matrixed organization
- Previous people-leadership, team-leadership, or talent-development experience
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial information into clear business recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across regions, cultures, and time zones
- Must be onsite three days per week
- Travel is required for the role
- Valid employment authorization (E-Verify)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline
- CPA, CMA, or comparable professional finance certification
- Experience supporting service delivery, repair operations, field service, aftermarket services, commercial organizations, or recurring service revenue models
- Experience working across APAC and Eurasia markets
