Lead a high-performing team of finance professionals and technical data analysts, inspiring and coaching staff while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and long-range planning for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure usage, partnering with business leaders to optimize cloud investments and improve financial performance. Deliver executive-level financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations that influence strategic decision-making, while developing business cases and financial models that maximize cloud utilization. Transform analytics and reporting by leading the strategy and execution of scalable dashboards, driving modernization through automation and improved data governance, and analyzing large-scale datasets to identify opportunities and manage risk. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate organizations to champion operational excellence.
