Senior Finance Manager

Lead full set accounts, month-end and year-end closing, and group financial reporting while overseeing project costing, work-in-progress, and revenue recognition under the Percentage of Completion method. Manage annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial feasibility studies for development projects and land acquisitions, monitoring cash flow, funding requirements, and banking facilities including loan drawdowns. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators to ensure statutory compliance and strengthen internal controls and financial governance across the group. Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous process improvement. Requires 8–12 years of finance experience in property development or infrastructure, with a degree or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
