Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager in a manufacturing environment driving ERP and financial systems optimization, production and inventory analytics, and process improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, and Leadership to improve data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system utilization; leads initiatives in standard costing, margin analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing reporting; develops dashboards and scorecards to provide leadership visibility and operational analytics; supports month-end close and financial reporting tied to manufacturing operations; leverages ERP/financial systems experience and advanced analytics tools to drive automation and better decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, process manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
- Exposure to ERP implementations, finance transformation, systems optimization, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to connect operational activity to financial impact
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across finance, accounting, operations, and leadership teams
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, Access, Tableau, or similar analytics/reporting tools strongly preferred
