Job Summary
Build structured reporting for the executive team and investors while developing a robust controlling system focused on SaaS KPIs like CAC, LTV, and unit economics. Analyze business development to derive actionable recommendations and optimize the revenue engine through sales targets and quota models. Create budgets and rolling forecasts in close alignment with leadership, then oversee budget adherence and liquidation planning. Establish scalable finance processes, implement tools, and ensure clean integration of accounting workflows while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Collaborate with investors, tax advisors, and auditors to support financing rounds and strategic projects, bringing financial perspectives to operational decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
- Ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von Reporting-Systemen und Finance-Prozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Finanzplanung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Controlling- und Accounting-Tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI oder ähnliche BI-Tools, Accounting-Software)
- Hands-on Arbeitsweise und Übernahme von Verantwortung für operative Themen
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, Zahlen in klare Insights zu übersetzen
- Standort München oder Deggendorf
