Job Summary
Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and performance data for national and international markets. Develop reporting structures, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to ensure data quality and consistent reporting. Support subsidiaries with forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes while identifying variances and deriving actionable recommendations. Collaborate with BI and data teams to advance automation and AI solutions in finance. Conduct management reviews using robust visualizations to drive fact-based decision-making across the group. This role is part of the FP&A market team at Axel Springer, a leading media and publishing company. The position requires extensive FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or SAP BW.
Required Qualifications
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in FP&A, Controlling oder Corporate Finance
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Management Reporting und in der Analyse großer Datenmengen
- sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Konzern- und Multi-Entity-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern sowie in der Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
- sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI, SAP BW oder SAC
- hohe analytische Kompetenz, Verständnis für Daten- und Reporting-Strukturen sowie Interesse an Automatisierung, Data Analytics und AI-Anwendungen im Finance-Umfeld
