Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager for Corporate FP&A Cross-border lead responsible for broad financial planning and analytics including multi-year outlooks, budgeting, and reporting for Visa’s executive leadership. Role concentrates on internal and external reporting for VAS and CMS revenues, promoting a One Visa mindset, translating financial outputs into actionable insights for the CFO, and partnering with BUs and regional teams to drive the FP&A agenda, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional process improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating revenues reporting, delivering timely management reporting and insightful trend analysis, and developing a deep understanding of VAS and CMS drivers to align with Visa’s global strategy. Requires strong communication, collaboration across levels, and ability to coach junior staff; travel up to 5-10% and office-based work. Qualifications emphasize extensive finance experience, strategic thinking, and cross-functional partnership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience (or 5+ years with an advanced degree such as MBA/JD/MD)
- Graduate/advanced professional certifications encouraged (e.g., CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
