Job Summary
Senior Finance Systems Manager responsible for SAP-to-OneStream integrations, system administration of global financial platforms, end-to-end delivery of SAP connectivity, automation, and continuous improvement; requires SAP S/4HANA/ECC expertise, OneStream, APIs, SQL, C#/VB.Net, data reconciliation, KPI dashboards, change management, and collaboration with Finance and IT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Experience managing and supporting finance systems
- Strong SAP experience (S/4HANA or ECC) including core FI/CO processes
- Exposure to integration mechanisms (IDoc/BAPI/OData/CDS)
- SQL and programming/scripting (C#, VB.Net) with API automation for SAP-OneStream data flows
- Proven analytics capability from consolidation data to insights; KPI dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive system improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with automation, data reconciliation, and monitoring of interfaces
