Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager to drive CSRD readiness and delivery of the first FY2027 sustainability statement within ICON’s Group Finance. Lead end-to-end CSRD reporting, refresh the DMA per ESRS, manage data collection and governance, coordinate external assurance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regulatory updates with financial reporting. Role requires strong project management, sustainability knowledge, and engagement with senior stakeholders. Key activities include preparing CSRD sustainability statements, updating policy gaps, embedding climate risk management, coordinating ESRS data points in Workiva, ensuring data accuracy and audit trails, and supporting broader regulatory disclosures (EU Taxonomy) and related finance transformation initiatives. Qualifications include a qualified accountant designation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience, with deep CSRD/ESRS knowledge and experience working with external auditors; hybrid work arrangement in Dublin, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
