Job Summary
Drive annual Plan and Long-Range Planning processes for the Global Commercial organization by aligning business inputs, validating assumptions, and delivering timely, accurate financial forecasts. Prepare executive-ready insights for leadership and Corporate Planning while partnering with Finance, commercial teams, Legal, R&D, and Operations to achieve shared goals. Strengthen financial governance through system tie-outs and quality checks, then optimize planning tools, templates, and reporting processes to ensure data integrity. Analyze results against benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and variances, providing actionable analysis and recommendations to support leadership decisions. Manage and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering collaboration and accountability across the organization. Requires 8+ years of progressive finance experience, strong SAP and Power BI proficiency, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive accounting or finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of Company financial planning processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of automated accounting systems such SAP and BPC
- Skillful with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data
- Experience working independently as well as team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions / divisions
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
