Senior Finance Manager

Oversee Project Control activities, including project setup, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and financial performance monitoring within Deltek Costpoint. Manage the FP&A process, including annual budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, program performance, and leadership reporting. Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, and collections. Lead and manage IDR financial activities, including tracking, reconciliation, and resolution in coordination with customers and internal teams. Establish, document, and maintain financial processes and internal controls related to Project Control, AR, IDR, and FP&A. Monitor compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable federal regulations. Support audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation, and serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Lead, mentor, and develop team members across Project Control, AR, and IDR functions. Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and leadership initiatives as needed.
