Job Summary
Provide financial planning and analysis support to Global Business Technology Solutions Shared Services, managing $700MM+ in operating expense budgets and ~800+ headcount. Deliver monthly and quarterly Latest Best Estimates and LRP guidance to VPs and the Business Management Office, covering actuals, plan rollups, and M&A financial reporting. Support month-end close activities including open PO accruals, intercompany billing, and project recovery while collaborating on IT project submissions and balance sheet forecasts. Facilitate audits and ensure compliance with financial controls. Requires 8-10 years of FP&A experience, SAP proficiency, and supervisory skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8-10 years minimum experience
- SAP or SAP BPC experience
- Prior supervisory and FP&A experience
- Ability to present data at high level
- Strong communications skills
- Deals well with ambiguity and risk while driving for results
- Collaborates with multiple cross functional stakeholders while driving for desired output set by LT
- Operates independently
