Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager within Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Finance in Wichita, KS, leading and coordinating cost management, EAC development, and capital forecasting; driving cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Program Management, and stakeholders; developing complex financial models and integrated forecasts to support strategic and operational planning; leading variance analysis and providing actionable insights to senior management; mentoring and developing finance staff; ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; communicating results to senior leadership; and overseeing continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Able to travel 10% of the time
- 5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
- 3+ years of experience leading a team or a project
- Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
- Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
