Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Perform variance analysis, support annual budgeting and forecasting, and monitor budget performance to ensure financial targets are achieved. Manage group consolidation processes, oversee tax computations and statutory filings, and act as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors. Lead and mentor junior accounting staff while partnering with cross-functional departments to provide financial analysis and decision support. Optimize financial reporting processes within SAP systems and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably within the property development industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and other applicable accounting standards governing financial reporting in Malaysia
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
