Senior Finance ITBP (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Lead financial transformation initiatives by acting as the critical bridge between Finance departments and IT teams. Conduct deep requirement gathering and analysis across various departments to identify digital transformation needs. Coordinate requirements among finance teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure alignment and unified project goals. Oversee the lifecycle of financial system iterations, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and drive the adoption of digital tools through organized training sessions. Collect user feedback to continuously optimize product experience and improve system efficiency. Partner with HQ IT and Finance functions to drive cross-border digital projects on a local and international scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance digitalization
- proven track record in requirement analysis
- proven track record in product/system planning
- Highly proficient in mainstream ERP finance systems
- strong preference for SAP (FICO module)
- Deep understanding of system architecture and business workflows
- Outstanding requirement analysis capabilities
- ability to independently conduct research
- ability to map business processes
- ability to draft high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Solid understanding of core financial processes
- Financial Shared Services (FSSC)
- Treasury Management
- Cost Accounting
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate fluently in a business environment
- Ability to write documentation
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-border/multicultural setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in implementing or optimizing financial systems within multinational corporations (MNCs)
- Knowledge of emerging digital tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and BI (Business Intelligence) software
- Deep understanding of Automotive Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales/Service systems and business processes
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or PMP
