Job Summary
Lead the long-term financial planning and annual budgeting process for the EUV NXE Business Line, preparing and delivering monthly financial reviews with accurate insights. Identify financial risks and opportunities, translating them into actionable plans while supporting business case development for strategic decisions. Drive improvements in financial planning tools, processes, and reporting quality through collaboration with stakeholders to enhance performance management practices. Manage and develop a team of two direct reports. This role reports to the Director of FP&A with a dotted line to the Head of the business line control team, based in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in business economics or a related field
- A recognized controller qualification (e.g., Registered Controller)
- At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business control
- Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes
- Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP BPC, SAP BW, and BI reporting
- Background in high-tech or complex business environments
- Communicate clearly and influence across all levels of the organization
- Analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Stay focused and resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Take ownership and drive continuous improvement
- Guide stakeholders through financial planning and decision-making
- Prioritize quality and customer impact in all deliverables
- This role is based in the Netherlands
