Senior/Finance Executive

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review while managing regional tax regulatory duties for SST/GST filings. Monitor daily cash flows, supervise outlet collections, process payments, and reconcile inventory balances with retail operations teams. Assist in compiling annual budgets, cash flow forecasting, and identifying variances to support strategic financial planning. Maintain the internal ERP accounting system and implement workflow improvements to enhance reporting efficiency. Based in Damansara Perdana and Rawang, this role supports the corporate team of a Main Market-listed investment holding company expanding its F&B and retail portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting
- Experience gained within the retail, F&B, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors
- Skilled in utilizing accounting software (such as SQL and established ERP systems)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Solid understanding of retail transaction processing
- Understanding of cost accounting mechanisms
- Understanding of inventory management workflows
- Strong familiarity with local tax regulations
- Familiarity with statutory requirements
- Familiarity with SST/GST guidelines
- Sharp analytical capabilities
