Senior Finance Director

Job Summary
Serve as the second-in-command to the Deputy CFO, leading global Finance transformation initiatives including process optimization, automation, and organizational redesign. Oversee ERP implementation and optimization projects, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, while driving the modernization of Finance processes for a fast-growing global organization. Manage financial reporting, external auditor relationships, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Partner with IT, Operations, HR, and business leaders to deliver strategic projects, oversee month-end and year-end close processes, and lead M&A activities including financial due diligence and post-merger integration. Identify efficiency opportunities through automation and best-in-class Finance practices. Requires CPA or equivalent, 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, and demonstrated expertise in SaaS environments and global leadership.
Required Qualifications
- CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- 15+ years of progressive Finance experience, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance Director, Finance Director, or equivalent leadership position
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Significant experience working in a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and financial metrics
- Proven track record in Finance transformation projects, including process redesign, automation, and change management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a global, multinational environment
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
