Job Summary
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while coordinating budgeting and forecasting for the Patterning and Planarization business. Monitor costs, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-control measures to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including coordination with external auditors. Manage and mentor finance team members while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing to drive profitability. This Financial Analyst role supports the Head of Finance Thin Films, Patterning and Planarization in Seoul, South Korea, Japan, within a global team focused on health care and life sciences innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP S4, PowerBI, Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CMA
- Ideally first experience with Executives
