Craft cash flow forecasts and business plans while navigating audits from the client's perspective. Build robust risk control frameworks and transform internal controls from theory to practice. Design insightful reporting processes and mentor rising stars at Marble and within client teams. Leverage dual fluency in accounting and business to implement process optimizations that drive real results. This role requires a Master's degree in business economics or accountancy and 4+ years at a Big 4 firm or international scale-up. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
