Senior Finance Consultant (m/w/d) - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Job Summary
Evaluate finance business processes for national and international clients and guide them through their digital transformation to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Lead fit-to-standard workshops to align customer requirements with the platform, analyze needs, develop sustainable solution concepts, and implement them via configuration. Advise clients on process design and functionalities, including optimization approaches, while taking project responsibility for the finance stream. Deliver training for key and end users, share knowledge internally, and mentor young talents. Support presales activities through effort estimations and demo presentations. Requires a degree in business administration or economics, five years of Dynamics 365 Finance experience, and expertise in German commercial and tax law.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) aus dem Bereich Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations
- fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung und der Kostenrechnung, insbesondere in den Bereichen: Hauptbuchhaltung, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Budgetierung, Konsolidierung, Cash- & Bankmanagement, Finanzplanung und Reporting
- fundierte Kenntnisse um deutschen Handels- und Steuerrecht (idealerweise auch in IFRS)
- kennst dich im Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Process Catalog und Microsoft Azure DevOps sehr gut aus
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
