Senior Finance Business Partner

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and five-year planning for the Adjacent Revenue portfolio across Asia and Australia. Manage the monthly performance rhythm by delivering accurate P&L reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking projections. Act as a commercial challenger to shape decisions on growth, profitability, pricing, and investment for leaders in SEEK Business, GradConnection, and SEEK Volunteer. Prepare business cases, scenario models, and post-investment reviews while defining and tracking financial KPIs and OKRs. Identify improvements to planning, reporting, and analytics processes, integrating Adjacent Revenue priorities into group forums. Collaborate with Finance peers across ANZ, Marketing, and cross-functional teams including Product and Strategy. Report to the Head of Finance, Commercial Investments, based in Kuala Lumpur.
Required Qualifications
- Proven minimum 7 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or management accounting, with ownership of planning and performance for a business unit or portfolio
- Experience working in a regional or multi-market business, particularly across APAC, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior business stakeholders, with a track record of providing constructive challenge
- Strong financial modelling, variance analysis and budgeting experience, including month-end processes
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear commercial insights for non-finance audiences
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working across financial systems and large data sets
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
