Job Summary
Lead financial analysis, modelling, and investment appraisal for Medivet's UK Partnership team to support strategic growth and value creation. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, manage capital investment programmes including greenfield developments and clinical equipment, and ensure robust business cases for all investments. Provide financial leadership for the Partnership pillar of the Value Creation Plan by delivering performance insights, risk assessments, and post-investment monitoring. Support the UK budget and Three-Year Plan through forecasting, scenario planning, and commercial analysis while acting as a trusted adviser across Finance, Partnerships, and Operations.
Required Qualifications
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in finance business partnering within a complex, multi-site or fast-paced environment
- Strong financial modelling, investment appraisal and business case development skills
- Experience of capital investment analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to challenge constructively to drive better business outcomes
