Job Summary
Senior Finance Business Partner – M&A and Strategy with a Chartered Accountant credential, responsible for leading financial workstreams across the full M&A lifecycle, developing and stress-testing deal models, conducting rigorous diligence, and turning complex data into actionable insights to influence investment decisions. Works with senior leaders across Finance, Strategy, Executive Team and external partners to manage synergy tracking, integration budgeting, KPI/reporting design, and post-acquisition performance against the investment case in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent technical expertise)
