Senior Finance Business Partner (L&MR)

Senior Finance Business Partner for Land & Mineral Resources (L&MR) based at Breedon on the Hill near Derby, offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, with hybrid work arrangement. You will report to the Financial Controller, collaborate with the GB Materials finance team and L&MR SLT, and provide monthly reporting, budgeting timelines, P&L and balance sheet reviews, capex support, and IFRS 16 calculations. Key activities include modelling and strategic support for mineral/site assets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing restoration and lease-related provisions, and supporting audits and internal controls. Required qualifications include CIMA/ACCA/ACA designation and strong Excel skills; willingness to travel regionally to Breedon sites.
