Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or FP&A role
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Xero and tools like Pleo, Payhawk, Spendesk, Ramp, or similar
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Great communicator and confident working with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of equity, cap tables, and fundraising processes
- Experience in a hardware company and fast-paced environment
