Senior Finance Business Partner Executive - Home & Personal Care

Prepare accurate month-end reporting with all necessary analysis and commentary to meet company timelines. Gain understanding of business drivers and financial performance across brands, channels, and key customers to develop insightful reports supporting financial decision-making. Assist the line manager in monitoring business partner activities to optimize budget usage and achieve financial targets. Develop detailed finance work for the Category team and provide data for Financial Planning and Analysis to support corporate forecasting. Act as an active member of cross-functional teams to support S&OP, innovation, and new product development processes. This role supports the Head of Category Finance Business Partner in delivering quality financial performance analysis.
