Job Summary
Partner with the Middle East Zone Director and commercial teams to drive profitable growth through pricing optimization, portfolio management, and new product launches. Lead regional budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly closing processes while monitoring topline growth, margins, and key performance indicators. Oversee Advertising & Promotion investments to maximize return and coach a team of Business Controllers across Dubai and Paris. Champion finance transformation initiatives, including automation and data visualization, to strengthen capabilities across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years experience in business controlling

- English fluent

- Extensive Finance principles (understanding of a P&L, Gross to Net Sales, accounting basics..)
- Strong analytical skills

- Budget planning and monitoring, capability of strategic commercial planning (Sales & Marketing)
- Extensive knowledge of Excel & Essbase, Power Point and Power BI
