Job Summary
Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis activities while developing financial models and executive-level insights. Identify risks, performance trends, and process improvement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate key business processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign finance operations, drive automation enhancements, and manage projects that influence stakeholders across a complex, global environment. Develop KPIs and dashboards to improve business visibility and accountability. Candidates must reside in Wichita, KS, Chicago, or NYC with 5+ years of FP&A experience, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in tools like Tagetik or Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Wichita, KS, Chicago OR NYC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting tools such as Tagetik, Power BI or similar platforms
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change
- Must participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts
- Must remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in the hiring process
- Must appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process
