Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports using a robust qualitative and quantitative approach to inform internal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and service line leaders, supporting current operations and future growth proposals through complex financial modeling and due diligence. Develop and maintain process improvements within finance, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and enhancing organizational financial systems. Create and measure key performance indicators to identify operational trends, while educating the organization on financial concepts and elevating financial literacy across all levels. Actively contribute to the Finance Leadership Team, lead assigned projects, and provide back-up support to other analysts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 4-6 years of experience in finance, financial operations, accounting and/or related field
- Ability to understand and communicate financial information clearly and concisely
