Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst responsible for managing customer collection portfolios, driving credit recovery strategies, and developing/monitoring department performance indicators. Oversees BPO for payment reconciliation, coordinates with the commercial team to align demand and support business needs, analyzes blocked orders for manual release, ensures compliance with internal credit policies, and applies knowledge of credit analysis, financial indicators, and credit limit assessment to optimize collections across international client operations. Requires strong Excel, SAP experience, and English and/or Spanish proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP integrated financial and accounting modules
- Experience in collections management and credit analysis
- Experience managing large and diversified collection portfolios
- Analytical skills for evaluating financial statements and credit risk
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish
