Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst responsible for end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes within the FPCRA model, performing GL close and reporting of entity results, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany and inventory-related transactions, and ensuring internal controls per Haleon framework. Collaborates with P2P, O2C, Stat & Tax, BPO and outsourced providers to ensure delivery of R2R activities; provides financial reporting for designated legal entities; supports audits with documentation and evidence; maintains MEC compliance and reconciliation governance; analyzes P&L and balance sheet, performs cost center and posting checks, and contributes to standardization efforts with Global Process Owner/PIEs; participates in ad-hoc activities including dividend cash flow analysis and audit responses; fluent English and strong communication skills; university degree in Finance or related field with professional qualifications as an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- University educated (Degree) in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics; Professional Accountancy Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is an added advantage; 4 years of R2R experience including financial accounting, reporting and statutory filing, master data maintenance, treasury, asset accounting, inter-company transactions, etc.; SAP experience is a must; fluency in English (written and spoken); attention to detail and strong analytical skills; ability to plan and manage workload to meet deadlines; experience in shared services center in financial accounting or auditing; proactive problem solving and communication skills
