Job Summary
Lead and advise on critical finance initiatives across sub-functions and geographies, overseeing analysts and driving financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial results. Collaborate with business leaders to guide long-term planning, ROI decisions, and development of overall business plans; drive process improvements and policy development that impact the function globally; mentor lower-level employees and may lead large cross-functional teams. Focus areas include controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and corporate finance, with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and GAAP-aligned financial statements.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
