Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)

Job Summary
Prepare and coordinate annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning across business units. Analyze monthly and quarterly performance against budget, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities through variance analysis of revenue, costs, margins, and profitability metrics. Create executive dashboards and management presentations for FP&A, investor relations, and earnings updates. Utilize BI tools like Power BI and Tableau to improve reporting efficiency. Support feasibility studies for new projects and provide strategic advice to executives on pricing, cost efficiency, and business trends. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Business Units, and IR teams to ensure accurate financial information for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master degree in Finance or Economics
- at least 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Business Finance, or related areas
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks effectively under pressure
