Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst to provide data-driven financial analysis and support the JMV Executive leadership and others throughout the Amerock organization. Responsibilities include driving the annual budget process, developing monthly forecasts, performing margin analysis at the customer/product/channel level, evaluating business performance with complex analyses, preparing executive-level reporting and dashboards for month-end close, and collaborating cross-functionally to align financial outcomes with operational plans. Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives; support ad hoc data needs for business and finance leaders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; at least 7+ years FP&A experience; strong Excel skills (O365) with Power BI preferred; effective communicator capable of presenting to leadership. This is a hybrid role based out of the South Bend, IN office with in-office Tue/Wed/Thu and remote Mon/Fri.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- At least 7+ years in the finance field with FP&A experience preferable
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel)
- Microsoft Power BI experience preferred
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- Effective and professional communicator that is comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership
