Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Marketing Teams across Benelux, Nordics, and Poland with responsibility for managing the marketing budget. Key duties include planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the marketing budget; collaborating with accounting during month-end close and ensuring accuracy of financial reporting; developing analytical models and dashboards for transparent performance tracking; acting as a finance business partner to marketing teams and delivering ad hoc ROI analyses to inform strategic investments; delivering financial analysis and recommendations while challenging teams on cost control and growth; partnering with marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to evaluate new initiatives and business cases. Qualifications include 3+ years in Commercial Finance/FP&A, strong Excel and experience with SAP/Power BI, and fluency in English. 1-year fixed-term contract located in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), with no hybrid work arrangement currently offered.
