Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst focusing on FP&A ownership of vendor costs. Responsible for vendor-level reporting, contribution margin analysis, and cost-savings analytics supporting company-wide cost initiatives. Builds and maintains dashboards, delivers monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports, conducts vendor spend analyses to identify optimization opportunities, participates in contract renewals and vendor selections with scenario modeling, and owns vendor cost budgets and forecasts. Partners with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline around vendor spend, supports month-end close activities (accruals, reclasses, variance commentary), and communicates progress to senior leadership through clear executive updates. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years of related experience, advanced Excel, ERP experience (Sage, SAP, Power BI), and strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 4–6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Experience with ERP/financial planning systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, Power BI)
- Ability to translate large data sets into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of operating expenses, cost of revenue, and contribution margins
- Ability to build scalable financial models from scratch
- Experience partnering with IT, Accounting, and business units
- Detail-oriented with ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
