Job Summary
Perform financial analysis to support managerial decision making and performance monitoring; interpret financial data, financial projections, and results to identify financial performance improvement opportunities (cost savings and revenue enhancement); support business initiatives, economic evaluations, and planning; collaborate with Finance and leadership staff to drive data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is required
- 3 years at a minimum of Health care experience is required
- Experience with spreadsheet functions, planning and report writing software
- Must have extensive knowledge of financial analytics processes and have a strong background in analytic techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Advanced spreadsheet skills required
- Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in an environment with changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and exceptional organizational skills
