Job Summary
Lead financial planning and analysis for G&A functional leaders, including Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain. Manage the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly close processes while performing variance analyses to drive decision-making. Support new restaurant development through site-level pro forma modeling, ROI analysis, and investment recommendations. Deliver actionable insights on key metrics, develop reports for leadership, and contribute to business reviews to identify trends and risks. Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools for scale and efficiency. This high-visibility role within the FP&A team requires strong modeling skills and cross-functional collaboration to align financial plans with operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data for diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CPA a plus
