Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst to support accounting operations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, revenue recognition, and coordination of global tax deliverables with external advisors. Role emphasizes hands-on accounting execution, process discipline, and building scalable close and reporting processes across international entities. Requires strong Excel and ERP (NetSuite preferred) experience, ability to analyze large data sets, and collaboration with finance, accounting, and business teams. CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in related field required. Must be able to commute 4 days/week to corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of accounting operations (close management, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, revenue recognition)
- Experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- ERP experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of tax concepts or experience with tax data requests preferred
- CPA preferred
- Master’s Degree preferred but not required
Desired Qualifications
