Job Summary
Senior Finance Analyst & Accountant to support CFO with monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS compliance, ERP systems, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting in a commercially focused finance team. The role involves preparing and analysing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, financial planning processes, detailed financial modelling, GL reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, audit support, cash flow monitoring, identifying cost-saving opportunities, partnering with operational teams for commercial insights, and contributing to finance transformation and process automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years’ relevant finance and accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and management accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
